I come from the land of the dreamers

Yeah we stand undefeated

What’s learned if you don’t know what failure is?

It’s no fun and you best believe it

Greatness was not just an option

Commotion was often a part of my pages

True eyes realise what I’m made with

No breaks, I don’t pause like a hiatus

We go hella bold and it’s case closed

My soul told me show me what I’m made for

You know I’ve been coming up, I’m way more thoughtful

I think higher like I’m Plato

By definition, I envision a present in line with my lessons

But I ain’t no magician

I got inhibitions, at war with my demons

I fought like a pagan, Gods in the making

Right through the storm, I survived it all

Take ‘em all to church at like 6 in the morning

Failure, yeah it got me the flavour

You know that I’d made it out

Yeah, you know what it is

Tough times make diamonds within

Not the glam and the glitz

Or the fake dollar bills

I’ve been going for the kill

I’m just in it for the thrill. Let’s go

I fought for the dreams I've seen

The blood of survivors that flow in me

Forged in a furnace, dreams were the flames

You wouldn't know cause you were just a fake

I don’t know what the whole world has told you

I don’t believe in these fools that I see though

Reminiscing all my lessons, prequel

I feel blessed to be living with my equals

Risk was always the story

Ordinary would’ve probably bored me

It takes guts to find out what glory is

And boy, you still think you know me

Now, go out and get it, no time to let it

Slow down to get in. It’s sailed already

Don’t be chasing trends. Be born from within

Or you won’t even last a minute

Believe and you’re half way there

Dream. Now, I know you’re scared

If you dare to fail and then not be mad

Then you would still get to stand a chance

These doubts in my head, feels imminent, clouded with it

Hangs on my neck, weighing me dead

pain in my chest, I feel like a mess

I gotta check myself before I turn into a wreck

But, I dream like I’ll live forever

I live like I’ll die today

I’m a grown up caterpillar

Sprout wings, I’mma fly away
